Load an existing projectįluorescence channel used to mark cell nuclei (basis for segmentation). To remove an image, select its filename in the image browser and click the “-” button. If the images in the image browser appear out of order, rearrange them using drag’n’drop. You can also use the file browser to select and add multiple images at the same time. The filename of each image should appear when the image is added.
To add an image, click the “+” button in the bottom left corner to open a file browser. It’s currently blank because you haven’t added any images yet. It’s a menu that lets you examine each image in your dataset. To get started, open the app then click on the button labeled “Create a new document.” You should now be looking at an empty window like the one below. Now you’re looking at a bunch of images like this: The Northwestern FlyEye Silhouette app will help you turn these images into numerical measurements.
